One of our most popular designs, the Somerset is a terrific for a growing family. With over sixty design “options” available thru our computerized design library, the Somerset can expand to include a computer nook, 5th bedroom or home office above the garage. The basic model is a 4-bedroom, 2450 square foot open plan, and features a lovely 2-story family room linked to a spacious eat-in kitchen. We often frame and wire for future expansion, which gives the homeowner the option of easily increasing the size of the Somerset by over 600 square feet with no costly structural changes, as family needs or pocketbook dictates
