Stew Mayer’s professional career as architect, builder and broker has spanned over 20 years and the full spectrum of the real estate development process from the early phases of site acquisition, conceptual design, and financial feasibility, through governmental approval processes, marketing studies, technical development and the turnkey construction process. Stew’s project portfolio includes development and construction of commercial projects, residential and retirement communities, rehabilitation, renovation, and infill development, from single-family homes to projects exceeding 400 acres in size.
We listen to the landowner, and to the land. We think “outside the box” to find opportunities to create value for the landowner and the community.
